Before assembly, the main transmission components of the engine, such as the crankshaft, piston, and connecting rod bearings, undergo ultrasonic cleaning and manual cleaning to ensure that the critical parts are free from impurities and iron filings, thus ensuring the engine's long lifespan.

In order to enhance the precision of the engine, TAVAS marks each crankshaft and connecting rod bearing with ± tolerances and pairs them during assembly to reduce friction and clearance during engine operation, thereby achieving optimal performance.

Each engine's piston position, oil pump supply angle, extension length, and compression ratio are individually adjusted to ensure optimal combustion.

                                                                 
 

Crankshafts, camshafts and balance shafts

all equipped with top class bearings(NSK or same level)

ensure smooth engine operation, and extend the service life.
 

High-strength engine cases, sealed and fixed with high-strength mild steel bolt sealant of 12.9 and 10.9 grades, with automated pressurized airtightness testing. Ensure the performance under high compression ratio combustion explosion.

 
 
 

After the engine is assembled, it enters the test room for more than 20 minutes of continuous running test, and the performance data is permanently recorded in the factory database.


After the engine test is qualified, drain the oil, clean the whole body and packing.
